Cheryl has worked in market research for more than 20 years, currently as vice president of products and services at DK Shifflet, where she is also a member of the MMGY Management Committee. Cheryl is responsible for the DK Shifflet business, which has provided the highest quality research to the travel and tourism industry for more than 30 years.
Cheryl’s research expertise is in syndicated and custom qualitative and quantitative market research methods as well as in consulting with clients on all aspects of research and analysis. Cheryl is a regularly invited speaker, offering insights and opinions on U.S. resident travel behavior.
Before coming to DK Shifflet, she was vice president of research at PERQ/HCI, a Kantar company, specializing in syndicated and custom media research in the health care industry. Cheryl holds a Master of Science in industrial psychology from California State University at Long Beach and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
